Yes, we partner directly with brands and designers to ensure that 100% of the merchandise sold in our physical stores and online is authentic.
What is your return policy?
All sales are final. Due to the deep discounts offered during our sample sale events, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds.
How long does shipping take for online orders?
Orders are typically processed within 3-5 business days. Once shipped, delivery times vary by location but generally arrive within 5-10 business days.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only offer shipping within the United States. We are working on expanding our logistics to support international customers in the future.
What kind of condition are the products in?
Items may include showroom samples, past-season stock, or production overstock. While most items are in new condition, some may have minor imperfections which is common for sample sale inventory.
Can I use a gift card from a specific brand at your sale?
No, we are a third-party retailer. Brand-specific gift cards or loyalty programs cannot be redeemed at 260 Sample Sale locations or on our website.
